What Is The Sales Leader Roundtable?

The Sales Leader Roundtable is a discerning peer-to-peer professional development network for sales leaders around the country. This member-only organization consists of a highly competent group of sales professionals, leaders, and managers that have come together to gain and share sales, performance, and training experiences. 

We have assembled an exceptional body of qualified sales leaders to help promote and facilitate qualified professional development and personal growth among each other. So how can this group help you and what is the sales leader roundtable?

What is the Sales Leader Roundtable?

You already know that excelling in the sales field requires consistent improvement and adaptation to the market as it shifts and changes. We have designed a professional group to help you with just that. We have designed a network that brings together the best minds in sales management. You will be participating in a group that will help to enhance and grow your professional skills. 

Are you at a point in your career where you need support to advance your skills and abilities? Are you looking for a way to achieve more and learn techniques and insights to help you advance? We believe we can come together to be the catalyst for sales leaders’ positive impact on the people and revenue results for which they are accountable. 

Sales Leader Roundtable Exclusive Members

Our consortium is open to qualifying sales managers or leaders who have two or more salespeople reporting to them. They can also be the primary point person responsible for a channel or distribution network. Group leaders will also assess suitable candidates with an interview session to qualify your experience and understand expectations.

You will be asked to:

  1. Attend at least one meeting as a guest.
  2. Be committed to attending our cohort meetings on a regular basis.
  3. Participate as both a peer spotlight presenter contributor and as a dedicated member.

Each member is required ​to show up to each month’s meeting and actively engage with the content presented while sharing leadership and member experiences that help others in the sales group. Each member is also asked to thoughtfully listen to the others in the meeting in order to gain different perspectives and ideas. You will be responsible for two sessions per year where you address an assigned topic for 5 minutes that the group will discuss.

Sales Leader Roundtable Cohort Meetings

These powerful meetings are conducted monthly for about 1.5-hour virtual sessions. This is the perfect medium to gather on to allow members to attend while away for work or simply attend from anywhere in the country. We love that this allows anyone in the nation to join our membership and attend our meetings.

These cohort group meetings are scheduled early mornings or mid-afternoons depending on the situation. There are a variety of different time alternatives for cohort meetings to choose from that works best for you. The meetings start with introductions to get to know each other better followed by expert insights and our exclusive peer group labs and group engagement and discussion. 

Our meetings facilitate an environment of fun and positivity. We enjoy dynamic peer-to-peer discussions about sales-related topics offering actionable insight and tips around focused topics from guest industry experts.
